"The time to migrate is when you know that you need the space to grow. I was trying to build more community.
My first iteration looked like Netflix, just stuff all over the place. We'd have to create PDFs and say, 'I'm really sorry, this is the best I got. I'm not a tech person, I'm a trainer.' The second platform gave us more categories, but it was still missing that community aspect. That's why we went with Sudor, you have the community chat.
As for the migration itself, it wasn't easy because it's never easy. We literally had hundreds, maybe even a thousand different videos to migrate over. It's not like an easy click and drag. But Sudor was extremely helpful. There were definitely some learning moments. But anytime we have a question, there's always a real human on the other side. Not an automatic response.
As far as losing members, I don't think I lost any. If I did, they weren't the right members for me."
