In two 2-hour sessions, we open our laptops together and build AI systems that do the heavy lifting for you. You will learn how to prompt AI so it sounds authentic to you, set up Claude Cowork to handle recurring tasks on a schedule, and build your first automated workflow, all live and in community.

No code or tech experience needed. If you can send a DM, you can do this.

SHIFT: AI Sprint is led by Dorin Heid, Head of Marketing & Partnerships at Sudor and an ex-Google Growth Specialist and Business Coach who has spent her career helping entrepreneurs build and scale businesses they actually love running.
