A qualified PT and having studied nutrition for 3 years, Inger focuses on training for strength, running and mobility bringing in diet and lifestyle tips. She loves to bring fitness content from different perspectives, and uses the app to creatively share her expertise.

How has Inger been successful?
Inger was previously selling her fitness training as PDF’s and noticed the market becoming very commodified. She wanted to build a platform that would allow her products to be in one central source, including workout plans or recipes, as well as working out alongside Inger.
This has helped her to save time and provide an attractive offer to potential clients. The subscription model has helped her to keep a consistent revenue stream and she has substantially increased her revenue since launch.
